What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

Question: After 6 right shoulder surgeries, including a total replacement 10 years ago and a major revision 5 years ago, I'm told that I have "post-surgical changes of right shoulder replacement with findings concerning for full-thickness tearing of the supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendons with retraction". These comments are based on an ultrasound 3 weeks ago (with metal in there, they said that an MRI would not have been as revealing). Am I looking at a reverse prosthesis? An MRI of my left shoulder performed yesterday showed a "low grade bursal surface tear of the posterior supraspinatus tendon obliquely oriented measuring 1 to 2 mm in width with no significant tendon retraction. Approximately 50% thickness articular surface tear of the superior subscapularis tendon with 1.3 cm of delamination from the lesser tuberosity. Slight medial subluxation of the long head biceps tendon into the tendon tear. Muscles: Mild atrophy of the supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles. Acromioclavicular joint: Post-surgical changes of distal clavicular resection. Subacromialsubdektoid bursa: No increased fluid. Peri-articular soft tissues: Magnetic susceptibility artifact is seen throughout the soft tissues surrounding the acromioclavicular joint from previous surgery."
Forgive me for writhing a book but I'm wondering about the reverse prosthesis or alternatives for my right shoulder. Is a 50% tear on the left shoulder also a surgical repair possibility?
