Brief Answer:
Metabolic syndrome must be treated.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your tests results, seems that you have abnormally high blood cholesterol and triglycerides levels, also high LDL-C, so hyperlipidemia is confirmed. High transaminases and glucose levels are seen too. I don't know whether you suffer from diabetes, but a HBA1c test is necessary to identify your last months glucose balance, and rule out diabetes.

From all the above picture, results that you suffer from what is called metabolic syndrome, that is an atherogenic and prediabetic state. An abdominal ultrasound to investigate your liver for possible fat infiltration is needed (to rule our steatosis, that is fatty liver).

If you bring information about your possible diabetes, high blood pressure, smoking status, etc a coronary risk profile level for future events could be identified.

You need to lower your weight, treat eventual hypertension, modify your diet avoiding excessive fat (Mediterranean diet is recommended), avoid smoking contacts, follow a physically active profile, etc. If follow up tests reveal unhealthy lipid profile, drug therapy may be needed (after three months).

Hope to have been helpful to you.

Feel free to ask me whenever you need. greetings! Dr. Iliri
