Question: I am having vision problems and so I went to neuro opthomologist and he did all the vision tests and changed my prescription. That didn't help. Was referred to nuerologist and he did MRI of grain. Results are from yesterday : white matter on flair images and 2t weight images several right frontal white matter lesions and another small lesion on the left front lobe possibly related to age. I'm only 60 years old and was perfect health till I was hit from behind going 60 mph and I was stopped. He never hit break. I thought I was ok and two days later I went to urgent care. Sent to therapy for 41 weeks with bulge disk in neck area of c4 - c5 and c-5 to - c6. Ow a yr later I'm getting vision problems. First it was blurring once in a while..now it getting worst and right eye blurs and feel like something is covering it...like doesn't want to open all he way.

Trying to understand all this? Can you offer any advice what I should do and who to seek treatment from?

Brief Answer:
Your vision problems does not seem to be directly related to injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having blurred vision following a injury. The MRI reports are normal and these can be because of age related changes in the brain. No need to be worried about it.

You need to consult your ophthalmologist for simple tests like vision testing, refraction testing, examination of the eye including examination of the posterior segment of the eye involving retina ans optic nerve.
The injury does not seem to be related with your vision related problems.

Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and do get back to me with the examination reports.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
