Question: What means this results in a electro: sinus rhythm
vertical axis
slight inferior repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, LV
overload or aspecific change small negative T in aVFwith negative T in II III Borderline ECG
Im 42 years old

After going through the medical query raised by you I would like to suggest you not to go with the findings written on the ECG Paper That Come Out From The Machine.

Kindly upload your ECG from your dashboard for to evaluate it and guide you accordingly.

Also let me know if you have any other medical issue like Diabetes or hypertension. What are the symptoms you are experiencing? Do you smoke?

No diabetes, no hipertension. i didnt smoke. No any particular symptom. Was a rutine exam

There are some ST T changes in the inferior leads (II, III, aVF) which should be evaluated.
