Question: I fell 3 was ago went to urgent care they said I had no broken ribs but the pAin is much worse

HI,

You have contusion of soft tissue and this pain is probably caused by this. Ice alone is not sufficient for pain management. It will be best to ask for more potent pain medications from your doctor. In the interim:

Tylenol 1000mg thrice daily
Ibuprofen 600mg thrice daily.
