What Does Seizure Before Menstrual Cycle Indicate?
Question: This is not for me but my daughter shes been having seizures for about 10 years but the last 3 years been losing her vision it mostly happens before cycle why?

1)What is the frequency of seizures?
2)Types of seizures-generalized tonic-clonic or partial seizures?
3)Does she loses her vision only at the time of seizure?
4)Does she recovers her vision completely after the event.If yes,in how many hours?
5)Does she complain of flashing lights or floaters in her vision?
6)Is headache and nausea also associated?
7)Any other abnormal medical history at the time of birth or childhood?
Most likely she is having occipital lobe involvement resulting in seizures,resulting in vision loss.She probably needs to undergo Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of Brain and Electroencephalogram(EEG) for evaluation,but I shall be able to guide you well after getting answers to above asked details.
