Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Your triglycerides. SGOT , SGPT and GGT are raised.

There are many different causes for raised liver enzymes. The most common being fatty liver disease. You have not mentioned whether an ultrasound scan was done to look for it. If not done already, I would advise you to get one done.
Some of the causes for fatty liver are obesity, abnormal lipid profile, diabetes, certain medications, alcohol intake etc.. Raised GGT may indicate alcohol intake ( You have not mentioned whether you consume alcohol).

And as I told you, there are many other causes of raised liver enzymes as well and you should get tested for that also which includes viral markers, autoimmune panel, metabolic liver disease panel etc..

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
