Brief Answer:
Tonsillitis with eustachian tube dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the tonsillitis with eustachian tube dysfunction.

In this condition in our patient I advised
1. Tablet Amoxicillin and Clavulinic acid combination 625 mg twice a day.
2. Tablet Fexofenadine 120mg once in the night and
3. Steam inhalation three times a day.

But to rule out other diseases you may go for
1. Oral examination or send me the image of your throat.
2. Impedance audiometry to rule out the status of your ear.

Thanks
