Brief Answer:
Colposcopy with biopsy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Presence of ASCUS on Pap smear does not signify cancer. Further cervical cancer is a slow growing tumour and I don't think you will develop it in 3 months period. Since you had LEEP done 3 months ago, cancer is not very likely.

Now the ASCUS finding may be secondary to the previous lesion or the test may be false positive. I will suggest for colposcopy and biopsy with endocervical curettage to see for any lesion or pathology. Beside that you should also be tested for HSV status.

Hope I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to assist you.

Good luck.
