Brief Answer:
You have some autoimmune disease like SLE or other.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have ANA and XXXXXXX positive with high ESR and high CRP. You have muscle and joint pain.
So all features suggest some autoimmune disease.

You may have systematic lupus erythematous or some other type of disease.

You should go for ANA profile test. It will give you exact type. Then take treatment accordingly. Most of the autoimmune disease required steroids.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
