Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
At 32-33 weeks of gestation it is normal to have lower end of placenta 5 cm away fro the internal os. This is a normal finding and is not suggestive of any problem or complications.
The amniotic fluid index is also adequate. The grade 3 maturity of placenta at this gestation is concerning and is sometimes associated with placental insufficiency.
Your doctor will suggest you to have color doppler scan to check placental circulation and weekly non stress test to check the baby's well being.
This placenta will start to degenerate earlier, so your doctor will want to deliver you by the time you are term, so as to avoid the possibility of problems as the placenta continues to age. It is not a serious problem, but you should be vigilant and if there is any indication that there is a problem, you should be delivered. Don't worry. Your doctor will know what to do.
Just go for a regular check up.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
