Brief Answer:
Yes , you are deficient of Vitamin B12

Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

Yes your Vitamin B12 levels are quite less . Normal range is 180- 900 pg/ml.

Your Giddiness can be explained due to Vitamin B12 deficiency and supplementation of Vitamin B12 will resolve your Giddiness problem .

But the cause of the deficiency has to be found . Most common cause is decreased intake of Vitamin B12 rich food which is more common in Vegetarians or Vegans.

But if you are a non vegetarian then other cause of Vitamin B12 deficiency has to be found. In that case I advise you to get Antiparietal cell and intrinsic factor antibodies levels tested and revert back with reports.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Stop PPIs

Detailed Answer:
HI

Daily PPI may reduce the absorption of Vitamin B12 . SO stop it .

If your deficiency is due to low intake then Neurobione forte tablet will help , but if it is due to low absorption then you need to take Neurobione Injection.

Low absorpotion can be known by getting Antiparietal cell and intrinsic factor antibodies levels test done .

Any clarifications feel free to ask .
