What Does My Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Question: Doctor, i took pregnancy(last period date was 26 oct 2014) urine test on 2nd dec, found positive in that test. on 4th dec took mtp pills( 1 Mifepristone @18:30 hrs and inserted 2 Misoprostol vaginally@00:07, after 12 hrs i took 2 Misoprostol orally).
now the problem is that i'm still not bleeding but very small clots came out of my . i went to a clinic and took an ultrasound test on 6th dec, result shows BULKY UTERUS. after ultra sound i took urine pregnancy test again, the result was positive. i feel pain in my abdomen, back pain and my both legs.
in the month of October i had gall bladder operation(lazer operated).
pls tell me what to do. what about abortion.

After completing the course of tablets for abortion it may take two to three days for complete expulsion of the products. The quantity of expelled products can vary depending on the gestational age at which abortion occurred.
During pregnancy enlargement of uterus can be seen. It will take some time for the uterus to come to normal size. If there are no retained products in the uterus, no need to worry.
Urine pregnancy test detects beta hcg levels in the urine. It will take around two to three weeks for these levels to come to zero levels even after abortion. That could be one possible reason for the positivity of urine pregnancy test. If there are any little bit of remaining products, possibly those will come out in one or two days. That can give relief from pains.
Usually these tablets will act on gravid uterus only and possibly this process of abortion may not affect the healed wounds of gallbladder surgery.
If the pain or bleeding persists even after two days, better to consult gynecologist once.
Meanwhile you may take symptomatic treatment in the form of antispasmodic drugs with your doctor's advice.

mam,
i got bleeding twice today but very small in quantity.
but now my breasts are paining and became a bit hard(i can feel clots in my breasts),.
just now took 1 buscopan tablet.
