What Does My Thyroid Test Report Indicate?

Question: Recently i got a thyroid test done on 7th Aug 2016, the readings are mentioned below.
TSH value is 10.67 (Reference Range, 0.4 - 5.5 uIU/mL)
T4 value is 6.3 (Reference Range 4.8 - 10.4 mcg/dL)
T3 value is 92 (Reference Range 97 - 219 ng/dL), please suggest me with remedies and am I supposed to any diet plan..

I had attached my recent medical test report, please study completely and I need to know what is the medicine I should take to reduce the TSH value and my blood pressure, please suggest me with proper guidance.

i am so sorry to hear about this abnormal finding on your thyroid tests. I have reviewed the attached wellness report and have taken particular note of the abnormal thyroid and blood pressure values.

1. The thyroid is under functioning and requires medications to supplement the deficit. I will recommend thyroxine for this. However, follow this upp with an endocrinologist for best results.

2. I will like that the blood pressure value be controlled. For now, reduce salt intake, drink more fluids, fruits, vegetables and exercise often. Also, your weight is more than desired for your height and could be a contributing factor to this increased blood pressure.
