Brief Answer:
Asthenospermia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I saw your reports.

Following is my reply :

1) Your TSH levels and high. You need to see your doctor to start on medicines for hypothyroidism.

2) Your fasting blood sugar levels are marginally high. Repeat this again.

3) Don't worry about other blood tests.

4) Your semen shows low motility. Wear loose pants and undergarments. Exercise regularly to improve it.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Thanks for the answer. After marriage I have put on weight too, so Ill start exercise from tomorrow itself. We're trying to have baby, please let me know if I'm infertile, will exercise improve my semen motility?
Will exercise help me get rid of hypothyroidism or it's a permanent damage, will have to live on medicines from now on for the rest of my life?
Regarding the blood glucose level showing pre-diabetic, I'll repeat the test. But could you suggest what to stop eating to improve? Should I avoid sweets? I drink a lot of packaged fruit juices.
I have never smoked or tasted alcohol and I'm a pure vegeterian, what could have caused all of this?
I'm really worried and depressed seeing the report, please reply honestly if I can be fixed/cured?

Thanks for the reply, relieved a bit knowing that I can be cured.
Please find the latest reports attached. I got the Blood-fasting checkup done and found that the result was 98 mg/Dl, while last week it was 107. What changed? Does this test result keep varying with every checkup?
I got the scrotum ultrasound done today, please review the report and let me know. There is some cyst mentioned in my report. I know a bit about it because my wife used to suffer from PCOS. Is it something to worry about? Could you please suggest any other changes I need to do to my lifestyle apart from exercise? I'm a software engineer and work at nights too.
Also I wanted to know at this age of 31, do I have to take care of not having sex with my wife daily because my urges make us engage in sex almost everyday, if shes not there that day then I end up masturbating.

Brief Answer:
Normal report

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sugar levels are normal. It was not very high first time also.

You can have sex daily. That's not a problem.

Scrotal scan shows cyst in cord which is normal and unrelated to your wife's PCOS condition.
