What Does My Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: Hi Dr,
Please advise how to I get my sperm in good condition, I'm working as a Civil Engineer in Dubai. Working directly under sunlight last 8 years, please advise how I can develop my sperm count,
my seman analysis Results as below,

Volume: 1ml
Color : Gray white
Viscosity: Thin

Microscopic Exampination

Active motile. : 30%
Sluggish motile : 30%
Nom motile. : 40%
Total sperm count : 30 millions.

Thanks for follow up .

The report of your semen analysis is incomplete and does not reflect all the parameters like microscopic examination ,morphology of sperms ,reaction etc .All these factors are important to make comments about reasons for not conceiving .

Please get your semen analysis repeated in a renowned pathological laboratory with due precaution of collecting semen after 4 days of abstinence .

With given report it is not possible for any clinician to make comments .Only comment that can be made is that your sperm count and sperm motility id normal .

Thanks doctor,
I will do after 4 days and get back to you sir.
My only question about my count as my doctor said that active sperm is less in microscopic grid and she mentioned that its is required minimum 15 inside the grid but for me only 3 to 5 are there she said.

Please advise.
