What Does My Progesterone Test Result Indicate?
Question: I have had a day 21 progestorone test done. Do these tests mean I ovulate:
Serum FSH level 3.3 (low)
LH level 3.9
Serum Progesterone Day 21 of 27 day cycle 43 nmol/L
With the above results can I conceive naturally. I worried about FSH being low.

Normally it is done on day 2-3 of the menstrual cycle.
It is a follicle stimulating hormone made by the pituitary gland.
Low level indicate that the follicle is not producing eggs properly.
PCOD, underweight, too much testosterone and estrogen hormone and stress is common causes of low FSH level.
To boost up level-
-Take healthy and balanced diet with green leafy vegetables, essential fatty acid in it.
-Do not carry stress
