Brief Answer:
Your wife needs vaccination

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

The hepatitis B infection is in inactive carrier stage. So you do not require any treatment now. But you have to be on periodic follow up.
Consult your Gastroenterologist every 6 months for review. He may suggest tests every 6 months.

As far as getting married is concerned, you can ahead with that. Inform the girl beforehand about the infection you have. You can take her with you to your doctor and he will educate both of you about what has to be done. The chances of acceptance is more when your doctor provide the information.

Yes, she needs to be vaccinated. 3 doses of vaccine at 0, 1 and 6 months would protect her from getting infection from you.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
