Brief Answer:
May need some modification in treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mrs. XXXXXXX

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

Regarding your diabetes -
HbA1c of 7.3 need to be correlated with previous HbA1c value if available otherwise with Fasting and Postprandial blood sugar level.
Glyciphage contain Metformin which can be safely used even in pregnancy.
HbA1c should be as low as possible without any side effect of medicines while planning for pregnancy.
If current HbA1c value is less than previous value continue current treatment in consultation with your treating doctor.
If HbA1c value is more than previous value there may be need to modify treatment with using medicines and or even insulin that can be safely continued in pregnancy.
Follow diabetic diet and regular exercise.

Regarding Hypothyroidism -
After going through test result there may be need for slight reduction in dose of Thyroid hormone supplement, while doing this clinical examination is also important.
Follow your treating doctor for same.

I am trying to keep it as simple as possible.
Hope this helps you.
