Request you to refer to my health test report "XXXXXHealthReport23April2016.pdf" attached. I have been having acidity problem after few hours of having dinner and it has started happening more so on a regular basis since last couple of months.

I went through the attached report.
The eosinophil is on the higher side and the postprandial blood glucose is low.
Other than these two the report looks absolutely fine.
By acidity problem do you mean heartburn or abdominal burning pain?

Thanks for your response. By acidity problem, I mean burning sensation in the chest, vomiting feeling sometimes with sour taste in the throat.
Having any medium spicy food e.g. a pizza in dinner would cause this issue.

You are having gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Take C.Iladac-L once daily before breakfast for 4 weeks.
Reduce weight if you are obese.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Avoid coffee, citrus, chocolates, carbonated beverages and spicy/masala food.
Eat multiple smaller meals and go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.
