Brief Answer:
Raised lymphocyte count & mild leukopenia may indicate viral illness.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests
1. Mildly raised lymphocyte count with mildly decreased WBC count(leukopenia). It may be found in viral infection. This is a temporary finding and you will recover after sometime.Since other findings are normal,it is not concerning.

2.Blood urea nitrogen(BUN)/creatinine ratio is borderline raised. It may be due to dehydration, high protein diet etc. If creatinine level is normal, then BUN is not concerning.

3. Vitamin D level is low.You may need vitamin D supplementation. One tablet to be taken weekly for eight weeks.
You should also expose yourself to sunlight for at least 10 mins daily.

Findings are not serious.Your findings also need clinical correlation.
