Brief Answer:
Increased urine protein need further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Normal range of values for AST is about 5 to 40 U/L.It is mildly increased,it is non specific and it increases in many conditions.
Normal range of values for ALT is 7 to 56 U/L.It is specific for liver and it is within normal limit.

Increased urine protein need further evaluation.

Besides clinical evaluation, you need investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, complete renal function test(include serum urea, creatinine, creatinine clearance),GFR,24 hour protein clearance.
Ultrasound of abdomen should also be done.
Further investigations can be done if needed.
Specific treatment depend upon findings.

Thank you. My total cholesterol number was also high at 290 but my HDL was also high at 153 and LDL at 126. I don't want to take statins because of other side effects. Because my HDL is high does that help with my overall number?
