Question: My blood pressure is 108/73 I take no meds work out daily am very fit and have no weight problems and am 55 years old

By definition , low blood pressure refers to readings less than 90/60 but some persons may have symptoms of low blood pressure at readings above this if their pressure dips far below what they are used to.

Your reading would be considered normal but if it is normally higher than this and you are having symptoms related to the drop (shortness of breath, dizziness, vertigo, clammy feeling, weakness, palpitations)

If you are not having any of these symptoms then there is no reason for concern, the reading itself is fine. It is in keeping with the healthy living that you mentioned.
