The femur length is more than is expected at this age.
It could be that your baby is taller than average ?
Are the parents taller than normal ?
Or grandparents ?

Its nt uploading genrally what mm should be? 40.6 mm means taller?

Generally at 20 weeks, it is around 32 mm, plus or minus 6 mm.
So yes, 40.6 mm is more than normal, meaning that the femur ( thigh bone ) is longer than normal.
