Brief Answer:
Please upload the images of scan films or MRI CD.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I have gone through the detailed MRI Brain reports you have uploaded.Though, both the reports mention about the residual/recurrent tumors, the present(2016) report mentions of two lesions each in frontal and parietal regions.Parietal lesion is mentioned to be parasagittal in location. The previous(2014) report only mentions of the residual/recurrent lesion.

So,the two reports are creating some confusion.I suggest you to please upload the MRI films and if possible,MRI CD should be uploaded on google drive so that I can have a look at the entire MRI studies with my dicom viewer. That will help formulate a better opinion. You can upload the MRI CD on google drive and share the download link here in the follow-up query.

Hope this helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
