Brief Answer:
Nerve related pain likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the leg and during intercourse is likely to be due to a nerve root compression. This can be due to displaced coccyx or sacrococcygeal angulation. A soft tissue swelling around the nerve or swelling of the nerve itself due to inflammation can also cause such symptoms.
Decreasing the pressure on the lower back and the nerves can help in decreasing the symptoms. The main line of treatment includes oral muscle relaxants, methylcobalamin supplements and a regular physiotherapy after consulting your neurologist.
These neural pains are a challenging thing to treat as careful examination is needed to ascertain the level of nerve involvement. You can take some anti-inflammatory pain killer like acetaminophen till you consult your neurophysician.
I hope this answers your query.
