Brief Answer:
MPV is measurement of the average size of platelets in blood.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

MPV is measurement of average size of platelets in blood.
Normal range of MPV is 7.5-11.5 fL(femtolitre).Your count(MPV:12.7) is mildly increased.MPV increases when there is destruction of platelets.
It is seen in many conditions like inflammatory bowel disease, myeloproliferative disorder, arterial disease etc.
It is good that other blood parameters are normal.
I don't think it is very concerning.

It is important to know your clinical findings and reason for investigation.
