Question: Hello Doctor,

I hope I can get my doubts clear.

Ecg done 2 mts ago, here is the report :

Pr interval : 136
P/qrs/t int (ms) : 110. 102. 148
qt/qtc int (ms) : 308 390
P/qrs/t axis : 90 87 54
800 sinus rythm normal
96 bpm
Report remark says within normal limit.

Stress test done 8 mts ago, here is the report :

T inversion in lead III, avf, V3-V6
Accelerated chronotropic response
No Abnornal symptoms or signs
No ST changes, No arrythmias
Test is Negative for inducible ischaemia.

Echo done 2 mts ago it came back normal, no clot no vegetatio. Good systolic abd diastolic function ejection fraction 60%.no pulmonary hypertension and so on so it was good.

PFT test done 8 mts ago : Mild to medium asthma detected.

I HAVE ATTACHED THE REPORTS TOO, COULD YOU PLEASE REVIEW IT.

I also did my lipid, CBC, Thyroid, X-Ray all came back normal and in normal range.

I wanted to find out what that T inversion means and is that a heart disease or not, am I developing coronary artery disease or any other probs.

My heart rates I have checked since past three weeks are ranging 55 - 75, mostly 55-70, in the reports it said tachycardia but at home since last three weeks I am observing the heart rate is ranging from 55-70, Am I suffering from any heart disease.

Am I a heart patient, if yes then how bright are my chances ? I am really starting to worry now, I have asked 10-15 physician and they do not look worried they say its normal, what should my approach be, people may say I have anxiety issues but its normal as I am really concerned about my health, I do have a stable mild pain at right side of my chest but that does not worsen with exercise or activity, I mean if I climb 7 storeys running I dont seem to have any issues, and I can climb 12 storeys walking,

I have made lifestyle changes since the stress test, and now I am 67 kgs, 5'7 and age is 27.

Please Please please let me know If I am a heart patient or not, if yes then how bright is my future and if no then I promise I wont be anxious with this.

Brief Answer:
You do not have heart diseae

Detailed Answer:
Hello,Mr XXXXXXX
I have gone through you query. Thanks for using HCM.
I can understand your concern.
First let me explain to you some of basic fundamentals of any investigations we do.In your case we take ECG.No modality of scientfic investigaion is 100% accurate. In ECG many a times who come cross certain abnormality which are not serious and may be nonspecific. In such situation we go for more reliable test to confirm or rule out any major heart problem. So in your case echo cardiogram and stress testing were done.As they are normal you may be sure that you are not heart patient.yes you have mild asthma and you are very much under control.
Its good that you have made life style changes in healthy direction
My best wishes
