Question: Sir my ECG report is slight ST-T abnormality. What are the reason and what is next step. Any serious issue.

Hi,

Slight ST-T changes can be present in normal patient also.
ECG is a baseline test of cardiology so any diagnosis can't be reached just because of slight ST-T changes.
Even it depends on the Leads inolved in inferior lead changes should be more then 1mm in atleast 2 continous leads.
In precordial leads changes should be more then 2mm in two continuous leads.

Most likely reason is diminished blood supply to coronary artery(which supplies the heart).
However mind changes are non specific.
As you are diabetic and hypertensive you should go for
Stress test and 2d eho to rule out cardiac involvement.
Sensitivity of these tests cobined together is more then 85$ to rule out coronary artery disease.
