Brief Answer:
Sinus Bradycardia.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Your ECG shows it has Sinus Bradycardia that is low heart rate but rhythm is normal.
Now this can be due to many reasons. Most common are:
1. Normally in athletic persons.
2. Persons on some drugs which reduces the heart rate like Beta blockers.
3. Overt Hypothyroidism.
4. Sick Sinus Syndrome.
I would advise you to see your cardiologist for further workup and opinion.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Dear Friend.
I have seen the attached ECG and report.
There is Sinus Bradycardia and this Requires further evaluation.
This can sometimes be normal but it is important to rule out any cause behind it.
I advise further workup.
See your cardiologist.
Good Luck.

Brief Answer:
Get Thyroid function and Holter.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Since this is Asymptomatic Sinus Bradycardia this might be normal.
But still I advise you to get following investigations:
1. Thyroid function test.
2. Holter monitoring.
Cold has no influence as such that will cause Bradycardia. Only in fevers like typhoid we can find sometimes Sinus Bradycardia.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
