What Does "moderate Anisocytosis Mild Poikilocytosis" Mean?
Question: Blood reports says RBCs: Moderate anisocytosis mild poikilocytosis. Predominantly normocytic normochromic with microcytes and ovalocytes. What does it mean?

Thank you sir. My 25 OH vitamin D test result was 4.2 ng/ml. And my periods are regular bleeding normally with some heavy blood clots. Should I consult a gynaecologist?
