Brief Answer:
Do not hurry into an angiogram

Detailed Answer:
Hi! A 'mild positive'TMT test is a neither here nor there diagnosis. It basically means that you 'might' have a cardiac problem - or you might not. However since you are a middle aged diabetic which is a risk factor for coronary artery disease I'd recommend a Stress Thallium scan which should provide more accuracy to the diagnosis.Dobutamine ECHO is another useful test.If any of these indicate a problem then an invasive angiogram could be done. Please write in for more information. All the best!

Brief Answer:
An angiogram does not appear indicated

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again! Your ECHO report is quite alright. There is no regional wall motion abnormality (which,if there, indicates lack of oxygen to a particular area in the heart). Your Ejection Fraction is 60-65% (this indicate the pumping ability of the heart - normally should be above 45%) which is fine too.Considering the data provided by you I feel there should be no urgency in going in for a coronary angiogram. I mentioned two non-invasive investigations for you in my earlier reply.
Those are the ones you may undertake if you want more detail on your heart function.Best of luck!
