Question: There is mild hyperinflation there are few scattered calcified granutomas. The traches and mediastinal structures are unrermakdable. From chest scan what is the impression?

You have absolutely benign findings.There is nothing to be worried.

Mild hyper inflated lung may be due to many reasons like chronic asthma,mild emphysema etc.
It is not serious at all.This may be due to minor lung disease for prolong period.

Few scattered calcified granulomas are sequel of past infection.Infection naturally heals by calcification and fibrosis.

Other findings are normal.Trachea and mediastinal structures are normal.
