Brief Answer:
There is low chance but not nill

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concern.
AMH is a hormone which indicates the fertility potential of any women. With increasing age the level of AMH comes down leading to decreased chance of getting pregnant.
It does not mean that you can not become pregnant and with follicular simulator medications like Clomiphine, number of AMH and follicles can be increased leading to increase chance of getting pregnancy.

First thing you need not to worry as you have have the good chance following treatment . Please follow with your doctor for further investigations and treatment.

'Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
Thanks

Thank you doctor...

Would patience be the option I have ? If I am lucky can I still get pregnant within 3 to 4 months of treatment?

Is AMH connected to Follicular study. I need to get it done on the 9th day of my cycle.. Can I also get a follopian tube test done, just to ensure there is no other problem expect the one mentioned above

Kindly advice...

Thanks & Regards,

Brief Answer:
Patience may pay you

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Most of the infertiity clinics consider 12 months as a optimum time before they decide to intervene. As you already crossed 7 months and if we look at classic guidelines it is expected that you can wait for few months with hope that you will get pregnant. With low level of AMH It can not be guaranteed that you will become pregnant but keeping optimistic view may help in many couples.

Secondly follicicular study is quite different from AMH. It is done to check the growth of antral follicles and best time to retrieve egg for fertilization. By this time the time of ovulation can be determined, which is essential for conception. This also determines that how many active follicles are present.

I do not think Fallopian test is required at this stage as there is concrete evidence is available which points toward etiology of not able to conceive. In case you go for complete assessment than asking for Fallopian test will be appropriate.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
Thanks and regards
