What Does Left Sided Abdominal Pain Indicate?

Question: last week i developed pain in the left side of the abdomen and got percollated down on the back..suspicion of kidney stone . confirmed by doctor . but not traced in the urethra or kidney .later on i found sperm is not observed much as earlier

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I have checked the attached reports. Some sort of renal obstruction seems likely. Could you please upload the report of ultrasound of KUBP (Kidney, ureter, bladder, prostate). The provided USG Plate is insufficient.
