Brief Answer:
viral fever, antiinflammatory

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

With your description the problem suggests more towards infection which is affecting the joints. This may be viral infection or even local knee joint pathology.

I want more information on the exact blood values and history of the knee joint pain along with any associated co-morbidities. This will help in further management plan.

For time being taking antiinflammatory drugs like aceclofenac or diclofenac or Ibuprofen with plenty of water may help you.

Hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask further related query.

Regards
