Brief Answer:
You seem to have urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
Your sympt are suggestive of urinary tract infection. Did you have a urinary catheter inserted during surgery. That could have initiated the infection. Sometimes it can start without any provocative incident.

Please consult your doctor and get urine for culture sensitivity done so that you can be treated with appropriate antibiotics.
Drink plenty of water. That helps in washing off the micro organisms.
I hope this helps. If you have further concerns, do write to me. I will be happy to answer.
