What Does Concretion In The Left Kidney Indicate While Having Back Pain?

Question: Dear Sir, Greetings. Scan results suggested concretion in left kidney for my wife Mrs XXXXXXX aged 48years.She is experiencing back pain now and then frequently. Sir, could you please advice us on treatment for this complication? How long should she take treatment? Thanking you in advance for your valuable time and advice.

1. What scan was it? If ultrasound and it says concretion then it may suggest that there is some sludge

2. Is there Hydroneprosis!? Of the left kidney.

3. All in all, I strongly suggest that she needs a plain CT of KUB region.

4. With this report, we can guide the further treatment.

5. Also, please let me know if there was a history of Renal Stone disease anytime in the past?
