I noticed mucus stresks mixed with blood in my urine for the past 4 days and pain in the left side of my tummy slightly to the back and down. I also have headache and fatigue but no fever. Brief Answer:
urinalysis, ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I cannot say that it is a serious infection, but it may be due to infection or inflammation in kidneys or urinary tract. You require urinalysis, ultrasound abdomen/pelvis as early as possible. It may also be due to a gynecological problem.

Stay healthy and let me know if you need any clarifications.

Thanks!
