Brief Answer:
No treatment is required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question and your all reports. You have bilateral renal cortical cyst. Largest cyst upto 18mm. Generally cyst of less than 3 cm size doesn't required any treatment. Just do regular follow up. Cyst larger than 3 cm required surgery.
High creatinine level has direct relationship with renal function. However your creatinine is only slightly high but your gfr and microalbumin is normal. So overall your renal function is ok. No need to big worry right now. Just go for regular follow up. No need to go for surgery right now.
You have fatty liver also. You should avoid alcohol. Rest of your reports are normal.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.

Dear Doctor XXXXXXX

Thanks alot for your answer.

I Just would like to tell you that I used No uric 100 mg for two month before the two month my lab test for kidney, but after using that medicine for two month I found the result as i sent to you, do you think doctor the reason of the high creatinine is that medicine ????
Do you think doctor my creatinine level would be normal after specific period of time ??? and what the treatment if it is going to higher level what the treatment ??

Thanks in advance with my best regards.

Brief Answer:
Your high creatinine is not due to your medicine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You are taking no uric 100 mg tablet. It contains allopurinol. It is used in hyperuricemia or gout to control blood uric acid level. It is generally very safe drug without many side effects. Kidney disease due to no uric is very rare. So your high creatinine level is not due to drug. It may be due to your bilateral cortical cyst.
Right now you have only slightly elevated creatinine level. So no need to big worry.
We can not exactly say that within how many days it will come back to normal. However if it increased further then you need to take treatment.
Go for repeat ultrasound, if your cyst size is increasing then go for surgery.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
