Brief Answer:
Probably shedding skin!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this patch that you have reported. I have reviewed this image and the exact cause would require some observation. This is not a recognized sign of sexually transmitted disease.

If this is acute, it is probably linked to injured skin that is shedding away and new one will grow up. This is possible because oral sex can easily cause this.

If this fails and stay around longer, we may think of vitiligo. For now, this is unlikely and I will stick with injured skin giving way for some other new skin which is normally pink before assuming the final skin color.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
Regards

Brief Answer:
For now, no worries, just monitor and report progress!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is alright to monitor only at this time. Unless it fails to regress over time, further investigations aren't recommended at this time.

I wish you well and look forward to your updates in 1-2week for review and more guidance.

Kind regards
