They found a mass with my pnonomia with CT scan. what could it possibly be if it is notcancer

If it is not cancer then it can be cyst or dense consolidation.

Honestly speaking, on CT scan when there is mass lesion, it is almost always a malignant mass.
Other possibilities are
1. Large cyst
2. Benign nodule
3. Dense consolidation
4. Fibrotic Scar.
So get done biopsy to confirm the diagnosis.
