Brief Answer:
Increased chances of cesarean section.

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Loop of cord around neck is common and is seen in almost ten percent of normal pregnancies.
It can get corrected spontaneously also with the progress of pregnancy.
But in case it persists till term then you will be given only a short trial of normal labour with continuous cardiotocographic monitoring of the baby.
And in case there is any problem with the fetal heart rate or if the progress of labour is found to be protracted then doctor will post you for cesarean section.
So crux is that you have higher chances of cesarean section.
I hope i have answered your query but in case you have further questions you can consult me on health care magic forum and i will be happy to help
Take care
