What Does A WBC Count Of 15-20HPF Indicate?

Question: i am 7 months pregnant. i have done urine complete test. in result i got WBC as 15-20/HPF and epithelial cells as 10-15HPF. Protein - detected(TRACE) and bacteria - detected(FEW) other parameters are normal and within range. What should i do please reply
