What Does NT Scan Result Of 1.2mm Indicate?

Question: Dear Doctor I am 11 week pregnant and had my NT scan and the result came as 1.2 mm. Does this mean I am at low risk of having baby with down syndrome and other abnormalities.
I am quite concerned since I am 35 years old.
