I had prior to labs been taking codiene with Tylenol for about a week. Also started taking black cohash in past 3 months. I'm a severe worrier...had my blood rechecked 3 weeks later....will get results in couple days. Hep test was negative. Should I be concerned???

Brief Answer:
All clear, no concern, nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
Your labs are all in normal range and nothing to worry about. The reference range for ALT is 20-60 IU/L. and yours is 30.
Also the reference range of ast in females is 8-40 IU/L and once again yours is not significantly high. The difference is not significant. Prior use of medicines which metabolize in liver can do that, Nothing to worry.
Bilirubin above 2 is worth considering work up so you are almost fine there. Hep tests have come negative. so i would say you are think too much about it. it is nothing to worry about and all clear.
Just hang in there and stay in touch with your hepatologist for further reassurance but trust me, wherever you go , you will get more reassurance and reinforcement that its nothing to worry about.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
