Brief Answer:
Transvaginal ultrasound should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sharp pain in left abdomen, shoulder and rib pain can be due to ectopic pregnancy.
However, exact diagnosis can be made only by proper examination and ultrasound.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and get a transvaginal ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis.
Further treatment should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
