What Do These Urine And Stool Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi. I had my son's urine and stool tested. Please help me with the results because all pedia here in our plave is currently on convention. My son is 4 mos.

Urinalysis:
Color: yellow
Appearance: clear
Specific gravity: 1.005
Pus cels: 1-/hpf
Rbc: 0-1/hpf
Ephithelial cell: few
Bacteria- few
Protein- negative
Sugar: negative
Mucus threads: few

Fecalysis:
Fat globules: +2
Bacteria: +4
No ova onor parasite seen. No amoeba seen.

He had amoebiasis a few weeks ago. And now it seems like there is blood in his urine, on his diaper. He also is not gaining weight. Seems like he urinate less.

I have gone through the report. The main thing to look out for is a raised pus cell count (absent in this case). Everybody's urine contains bacteria. Unless its count is more than 10^5 per cu.mm, it does not indicate a bacterial infection. I would specifically ask about the blood in urine. The report does not indicate presence of blood. Blood in urine can be due to a number of reasons. Other symptoms like swelling of face as well the blood pressure need to be correlated. It could be due to conditions like acute glomerulonephritis or nephrotic syndrome.
