Brief Answer:
Please attach report

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for the description of the symptoms of your father. However a medical professionals analysis in the form of discharge summary from the hospital would make me give a professional second opinion.

Please attach the discharge summary / prescription from the doctor whom he visited in his city.

I can help you at the earliest.

Brief Answer:
Acid peptic disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am extremely sorry for being late. I could not access the internet on time.

However I have gone through the report. It said your father had Acid peptic disorder (APD). This may not be serious now but can potentially cause bowel hole. This means your father had some kind of high stressors in life that lead to huge amount of acid secretions in the stomach. It lead to stomach pain, vomiting and nausea. When examined by the doctor he had tender stomach. He was given right treatment.

I suggest him to start the following:
1) Take medications regularly as prescribed
2) Regular meal and no skipping of meal at all
3) Bland diet with no spices
4) more fruit and vegetable at least 5 cups a day in total
5) Meditation and stress reducing techniques at work
6) It is better he goes for Total lipid profile, Blood pressure, Blood sugar testing as well as soon as possible\
7) If he is a smoker or alcoholic you should help him quit them.

Hope this answers your question.
