Brief Answer: as detailed. Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX To recapitulate the most important and positive findings::: T3 FREE 3.08...T4 FREE .94..TSH ULTRASENSTIVE IS 13.82. This is definitely Hypothyroidism and needs treatment. The increased TSH levels have a direct bearing on your Lipid Profile. ..SGOT 62 ...SGPT IS 93. .GGTP IS 47...ALP 75 all go with the ultrasonography findings of fatty liver with hepatomegaly and indicative of an active process in the liver as the ultrasonography of the bile ducts, gall bladder are normal. In addition there is a comment on the right kidney-slight splitting central echopattern; but the urine report is normal. So this can be due to old infection and stone you had in the past with resultant scarring. Since you have shown to the Physician , I hope you are already under treatment. May I please know what treatment are you already on , so that I can suggest you more if required.

Brief Answer: Please Follow medicines and advise Detailed Answer: Good Morning XXXXXXX The prescription looks great. Please continue as advised by Your Physician. The drinks have an adverse effects on all the diseases including high uric acid. And in case of increased SGOT and SGPT levels , there is strictly NO-NO. This is because it is proved that alcohol will damage the already ailing liver cells and delay the uric acid excretion by the kidneys. Stomach size is increased due to all the factors you have. Lemon juice is good. It is effective if you are taking lemon in a glass of warm water half an hour before your food. This is evidence based to help reduce fat from body and the very natural Vitamin-C helps rejuvenation of the liver cells and is known to help removal of extra uric acid from the body. The timing is very important. Lemon juice and drinking plenty of water will help reduce the uric acid to normal levels. As is going to help avoid formation of kidney stone and infection. As for food: the best way to follow the Diet charts provided by the Dietitian in your area. Please consult and discuss with the Dietitian with showing all the reports and may be a co-consultation with your Physician. Just follow this for one month , repeat all the tests to allow the Physician alter or adjust the doses accordingly. Wish you a complete recovery and a changed person in good staid
